2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

All tags and labels must still be attached.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
3. How to Start a Return

4. Refunds

5. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem.
Email quankamariayise@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll help you exchange your item for free.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll immediately arrange a replacement or full refund.
